Interesting Clothes

This is just a random character I drew based of an old drawing I did in 2009. I remember when I drew the original drawing all I wanted was to draw was a really complex and interesting costume XD I still like the clothing to this very day hence why I drew it again XD

Done with 0.7 lead pencil and tissue for shading.
